The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. Andrea at reception was incredibly friendly and her manager was very accommodating. They were always quick to reply to any issues and solve them promptly. the level of service and attentiveness from the staff really made me feel welcomed and taken care of.

Sadly, there was one aspect of my stay that I found disappointing. I had mentioned ahead of time that I was celebrating my wedding anniversary and was expecting something special in return.

Los Angeles En El Paraiso was a fantastic choice for my vacation. Andrea at the reception was absolutely amazing, and her manager was also very accommodating. the owner of the place was very thoughtful and even provided me with a reading lamp, knowing that I came there to read and relax. the staff, including Andi, Cacheo, and Alejandra, were friendly and quick to respond to any issues that arose. the location of the hotel was perfect, with the waves crashing nearby, creating a beautiful atmosphere. the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and luxurious. I am grateful to Jimmy for accommodating our medical emergency as well. I highly recommend Los Angeles En El Paraiso and definitely plan to stay there again in the future. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 👍.

my recent stay at this charming hotel in san patricio melaque surpassed all expectations. andrea at reception went above and beyond, and the manager was so accommodating. the owner even provided me with a reading lamp, making my relaxation time even more enjoyable. highly recommended gem, with crisp luxurious sheets and a prime location by the beach!
